Sterling WMS Architect - Consulting

We have urgent openings in one of the leading US Based Consulting firm

Experience: Upto 15years

Location: Singapore (initially the person has to work form Hyderabad, then will be sent onsite for long period)

Job Description:

- At least 10 + years of experience in WMS with a minimum of 4 full-life cycle implementation experience on Sterling WMS

- Extensive hands on experience with Sterling WMS tool set

- Understand and direct features and functionality of Sterling

- Should have adequate exposure to warehouse management, industry best practices, WMS functionality and process flows

- Experience on other WMS systems like Manhatten besides Sterling would be an added advantage

Client Management:

- Translate client's business requirements into specific order management system, application or process designs

- Demonstrate expertise in a functional, technical and/or industry specific area and serve as a functional or industry specialist

- Demonstrate leadership in the consulting field

- Experience in logistics, 3(T)PL, would be a plus

- Should have participated in requirement gathering, gap analysis, design, customization and implementation of Sterling WMS

- Should be able to conduct workshops for the above activities involving business and technical teams from the customers

Personal / Team Development:

- Should have led at least 3 implementations in the role of a customer facing architect

- Experience in leading development, customization and implementation teams is mandatory

- Experience in enabling multiple-channels for WMS is mandatory

- Should be ready to travel, preferably having Singapore WP or eligible for that
