Organisation: Sterling Holidays Limited Job Purpose To be responsible for achievement of regional marketing targets. To develop focused and fully integrated marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed. Oversee all marketing and promotional activities for the region. Roles and Responsibilities There are 2 parts to this job: Regional Responsibility a) Timely planning of Marketing Calendar for all the branches in the region to ensure that these are available for discussion with the regional heads and the corporate teams. b) Ensuring the regional marketing plans are designed and executed in line of the business projection for the month &amp; over all annual targets thru innovative marketing activities. c) Monitoring and driving all regional tie ups / Alliances directly or thru the teams to have the lead funnel (quality &amp; quantity) ready for the telemarketing teams. d) Ensure the telemarketing teams are creating the reqd opportunities for sales teams in line with the monthly targets. e) Coordinate with the local &amp; Corp HR teams for ensuring 100% manpower fulfillment for all marketing functions. f) Keep a tight control on the given budgets for the month - for all branches &amp; the region. g) As per process in coordination with the finance teams settle all transactions for the month in line with the laid norms. h) Drive UNLEASH program i) Ensure 100% LMS adherence for all purposes. j) Keep a tab on competition activities and action local activities accordingly. Team handling a) Branch Marketing Managers a. For daily business drive b. Local tie ups. c. Manpower- to ensure the reqd manpower is trained &amp; available - business ready. d. Ensure meritocratic distribution of H1 leads to TMEs b) Telemarketing teams - (Tele Marketing Supervisor, Tele marketing execs) a. To ensure quality opportunity is created b. Maintain and enhance the team skills thru training and monitoring c. Drive 100% process adherence - UNLEASH d. Improve Team productivity - daily / weekly basis, in line with the benchmarks. Corporate Responsibility: 1. Help develop the Annual Operating Plan and Budget for Sterling Membership a. Analyse past trends and market potential b. Build channel-wise and branch-wise targets c. Develop the Marketing plan for all stages of the Acquisition funnel including productivity norms for the front-line personnel d. Project the SOQ-wise planned break-up of sales e. Develop the overall S&amp;M budget for Sterling Membership 2. Developing and implementing the national Sales &amp; Marketing plan every month - out of the Annual Operating Plan including a. Customer Offers - keep innovating offers to make them most effective b. Incentives and Commissions - keep innovating to ensure productivity and adherence to UNLEASH metrics c. Marketing Budgets - for the corporate and branch-wise including MHW budget d. Branch &amp; Channel Targets e. Cash flows - both inflows and outflows f. Ensure all the above is as per budgets and as per SURGE norms 3. Ensure adherence to processes as per UNLEASH a. Come up with interventions to ensure adherence b. Analyse and come up with solutions to improve metrics and overall productivity c. Track reports on regular basis 4. Handle National level interventions to generate leads for Acquisition a. National Alliances b. FIT c. SMART 5. Competition and Market study a. Constantly look at market and key competition and suggest changes in Sterling product, pricing, payment plans etc. as required b. Constantly look at market and key competition and come up with innovative marketing programs for lead-generation While the Corporate Marketing activities are listed as above, the individual RMM may be given sole / joint responsibility for 1 or more of these activities that he / she will have to specifically drive and be responsible for.
