Job Purpose :


- EA/Business Analyst to MD&CEO is responsible for working on assignments that are complex in nature, requiring a high degree of judgment, tact, creativity and initiative to resolve problems. The role is required to provide high-level, confidential and efficient services to the MD&CEO.


- She/he will take active interest in the success of the company and act as a right arm to the MD&CEO.


Job Description :


- As a highly skilled, versatile resource, you will manage the content of information flowing in and out of the MD&CEO's office, correspondence and presentations for the MD&CEO, and other executive support as needed


- With your personable, reliable, diplomatic and professional demeanor, you will liaise between the MD&CEO and management personnel, board members and other associates at circle. You will anticipate the MD&CEO's needs and proactively support the MD&CEO in addressing issues.


- Manage all internal and external investor relations activities to introduce and position, Piramal Financial Services to investors, including carrying out investor day events with analyst and key investors.


- Your operational excellence will be utilized in independently managing and executing a variety of routine and complex administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the MD&CEO.


- You will act as a lead in preparation for Board Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items


- Drafting the agenda and producing accurate and timely Board minutes at each meeting.


- With your ability to multi-task you will also provide some support to the other members of the management team and develop internal communications.


- You will work in a proactive manner to ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed in a timely manner ensuring high quality delivery. You will choreograph complex projects, events and ensure that all facets of discussions are flawless.


Qualifications And Skills Required:


1.MBA (Finance)/CFA or equivalent qualification from a Institute of repute.


2.Experience and strengths in financial modeling and analysis, company evaluation, business plan development, market/industry research and competitive analysis.


3.Strong research, analytical and creative problem-solving skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative information with a realistic and commercial understanding of issues and to translate them into clear, insightful and easily understood conclusions, recommendations and presentations.


4.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with various stake holders such as investors, directors, senior management or and other third-party vendors.


5.Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Access, strong research, presentation development and delivery skills.


6.Previous relevant experience in finance/BFSI/Housing Loan industry will be a plus.
