Company Background:
Stellr is in the process of creating a digital prepaid gateway by partnering global and local brands which it intends to sell in physical & digital retail formats across developing markets.
Position Summary
Incumbent would be responsible for managing key content partner accounts and delivering financial and non-financial goals in those partners. The key responsibility areas for the role are as under:
- Sign content partner contracts as per agreed roadmap of onboarding
- Managing relationship with an agreed list of content partners and deliver on partnership goals both financial and non-financial
- Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time
- Timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
- Graduation from a recognized university. Post Graduates preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the prepaid cards ecosystem and regulations in India
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills and ability to negotiate complex contracts
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong network of local contacts with an ability to leverage in order to deliver on goals
- Strong team player
- Ability to work and adapt in an unstructured and fast changing environment
- Ability to travel as required
Desirable:
- Experience with a major prepaid product, company, wallet
