Stellar is looking for Zonal Sales Head. To lead Sales & Operations for all Stellar branches across South Zone; for Data Recovery & Data Erasing Services and Sofware Products. To lead Revenue & Profit Centers for each Stellar branches across South Zone.
Key Deliverables:
- Responsible for overall business administration, revenue, profitability and opertaions of all assigned branches and zonal performance.
- Leading all assigned branch team across South Zone.
- Designing and developing sales and operations plans, creating pipeline and reviewing the business on regular basis.
- Acquiring new customers & new customer segments and scout for new business opportunities to enhance sales in both short and long term
- Expanding wallet share with existing customers by strong account mapping and relationship building.
- Interfacing with clients and maintaining relations with them to ensure continued & repeat business.
- Developing trust relationships at all levels in IT and Purchase department with a portfolio of major client to secure retention.
- Performing competitive benchmaking, market analysis and provide valuable insight to the team & management.
- (Marketing)Capture and ascertain new requirements and needs of customer, market and communicate the same to research & development team for the growth of organization.
- Regular key customer visits along with sales team to secure clients and to motivate the sales team across region
- Mentoring and training the sales team to ensure peak performances and provide valuable insights to the team members.
- Responsible to build develop, motivate and retain team.
- Ensure adherence to established SOP's and comply with same for self and team.
- Strategize, plan and participate in different trade events with the aim of creating awareness and business generation.
- Preparing & providing regular reports of progress & forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- He/She should ensure client satisfaction indices are met all times
Key Skills:
- Should have managed multi location operations and team of at least 20 professionals for at least 3 ~ 5 years.
- The position requires strong strategic and analytic skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Should have strong connect with large, medium and small B2B clients directly and through channel partners.
- Have basic understanding on digital lead generation and social media marketing.
- Attention to detail is critical. Flawless execution is paramount
Experience:
- 12-15-year experience in selling software and/or services to the corporates via channel partner
Qualification:
Graduation in Technology; MBA - Sales, Marketing & Operations
Shift Timings:
- 9:00am-6:00pm
