Job description -BD (Senior Manager/AGM)

Location: Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.

- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.

- Visiting potential client and close them.

- New business development and execute sales strategy for the market that ensure achievement of sales target and profitability.

- Increase of business from existing customer for more lanes.

- Customer relationship management.

- Individual contributor.

- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

- Experience in B2B, Enterprise sales and Corporate Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the customer acquisition strategy for the defined Zone through consultative selling and striking new relationship with the Key Stakeholders/CXOs/MDs and also through nurturing existing customer relationships.

- Responsible to deliver Budgets with an expected level of gross margin for the Zone.

- Exponentially grow the topline of the business and ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ Cost of servicing and overheads.

- Calls, Emails and Meetings.

- Reach and Response rates.
