1. Conceptualize and implement market fit product and channel
2. Appoint distributor and stockist, develop, and expand existing distributor and dealer network and manage collection process.
3. Evaluate the performance and monitor the distributor sales and marketing activities
4. Monitor the accounts, cash flow, collection, and recoveries for better credit control management
5. Responsible for demand forecasting for better indent flows, production, and inventory management
6. Ensure availability of products as per market demand at specific channels
7. Plan and organize trade schemes for better penetration and market share.
8. Share market intelligence with concerned stakeholders
9. Publish MIS report as per management requirement, track and monitor daily activities using CRM tool.
10. Building and monitoring healthy relationship for existing, new channel partner, end customers, retail outlets and customers for improving business growth.
11. Hire, train and manage team of sales executives to achieve desired target of the organization
