Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities (Mandatory):

- Partner with different functions in the organization - Milk Procurement, Quality, FIS (Farm Improvement Services team), Sales, and others to execute identified initiatives, Like;

- Milk procurement increase program

- Increasing productivity of the cattle - Via intervention of FIS team

- Increase cattle count per farm/Overall

- Take lead in the execution of multiple projects/Initiatives, Ex - Growth/Expansion, Cost optimization, SOP adherence, etc.

- Define metrics and create dashboards/reports to understand how the program/initiative is progressing

- Support in long-term strategic planning, annual business planning, and reviews of the business on a regular basis

- Enable other subsidiaries of Stellapps in achieving their goals

- Increasing Financial products (Loans, Insurance, etc),

- Nutritional products (Cattle feed & Other nutritional products) penetration in mooMark farmers
