Position Overview:
The ideal candidate Lead end-to-end management of Remote IT Infrastructure Support and Digital Workplace Services projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive transition initiatives, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and implement best practices.
Foster continuous improvement, evaluate performance, and conduct post-implementation reviews for future optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of Remote IT Infrastructure Support and Digital Workplace Services projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, engineering, support, and vendors, to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Drive the transition and transformation initiatives related to remote IT infrastructure support and digital workplace services, including migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Mitigate project risks and issues proactively, implementing corrective actions and contingency plans as necessary to ensure project success.
- Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to streamline processes and improve project delivery efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team, promoting innovation and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate project performance against established metrics and KPIs, conducting post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in technical project management, with a focus on Remote IT Infrastructure Support and Digital Workplace Services projects.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service delivery best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading transition and transformation initiatives, including migrations, upgrades, and implementations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Experience working with global teams and managing projects across multiple geographies is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
