Title : Business Analyst (Functional)

Location : Hyderabad, Offshore India (Business travel desirable)

Start Date : 5th June 2017

Job Description :

- Functional consultant working offshore

- Map manufacturing business process and shop floor process to IT systems

- Own up functional documentation

- Plan and allocate work to the team members

- Provide subject matter and domain expertise to the rest of the team

- Functional support and defining workaround on production support issues

- Understand and document the business technology implemented in various manufacturing plants and roll mills

- Understand the process variations for each plant and develop a technology site

- Responsible for requirement gathering and estimation on functional enhancements

- Contribute to the vendor Management interfacing for all vendor packages deployed within the client

- Co-ordinate with business users on patch acceptance and UAT testing

Skill requirements and prior experience :

- Must have in-depth understanding of Manufacturing Domain

- Must have performed role of Business Analyst for Manufacturing domain

- Must be extremely proficient and contributed to projects on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

- Very knowledgeable on business technology driving Manufacturing shop floor and operational technology

- Has an understanding of different vendor packages available that are responsible to drive the core manufacturing processes

- Worked on leading vendor domain packages for Manufacturing domain especially QMOS
