Steerlean Consulting - IT Recruitment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Accountable for the End to End RECRUITMENT: Right from acquiring profiles, conducting screening interview and Ensuring Candidate joins on a stipulated date by continuous follow-up and solving post joining queries and concerns.

- Candidate should have good knowledge & relevant experience in hiring for various IT Requirements.

- Candidate should be Proficient on resume search through Job portals and using various search engines like Google, Linkedin, headhunting, personal network, etc.

- Candidate must be able to work proactively to find candidates via various means including social media, referrals and not only relying on job board ads or a database.

- Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.

- Should possess strong follow-up skills till the candidate joins, maintain post offer follow-up and handle issues related to Offer / Joining Date / On-Boarding / CTC as applicable.

Desired Candidate:

- You must have Excellent English communication both oral & written.

- You should have a good understanding of IT / Software skills & Technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT / Software profiles for all levels will be helpful.

- Should have experience in END to END recruitment cycle. Right from Sourcing to salary negotiations and closures.

- Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has a passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks.

- Should have good Analytical, problem-solving, decision making & people management skills.

- Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.

- Excellent relationship building and networking skills
