As the Head - HR and Operations, India, you will be responsible for:
- Championing a culture that recognizes and upholds the Firm's mission, purpose and vision, and code of conduct; is recognized for integrity in every aspect of their role.
- Measurably contribute to the leadership, growth and profitability of the business through effectively developing and delivering our people strategy
- Drive and execute site management, operations for India CoE in alignment with industry and global standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the site as a Delivery Lead & provide necessary support & guidance to local teams - IT & Ops, Talent Acquisition, Administrative Teams, etc.
- Direct accountability of the HR function to ensure HR services are designed and delivered that support business strategy.
- Proactive member of India Management team to drive the India strategy forward.
- Ideate on areas for organizational growth & development in consulting with the firm's senior leaders.
- Must be a Talent Acquisition champion and have a good understanding of labor legislation/Laws. Oversee India Compliance.
- Vendor engagement and management.
- Lead employee life-cycle processes such as organization design & planning, change management, talent acquisition, comp & ben, retention strategies, training and development, employee relations, engagement, & compliance for the India division.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Data Analytics & Reporting.
