Key Responsibilities / Outcomes:

Financial Planning:

- Lead the annual operating budget of the organization and ensure that department wise budget is set at the beginning of year.

- Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying areas of variance and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Financial Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.

- Provide insights into business performance by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), financial ratios, and other relevant metrics.

Forecasting and Reporting:

- Develop accurate and timely financial forecasts, including rolling forecasts, to help the organization adapt to changing market conditions and business dynamics.

- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making at various levels of the organization.

Process improvement:

- Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis workflows.

Education and Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Finance

Technical Skills:

- Data analysis

- Computer skills: SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint and outlook

- Practical knowledge of accounting standards and corporate taxation

Soft Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Problem solving

- Critical thinking

- Multi-tasking
