- We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our through-the-funnel digital activation initiatives for our brand.
- Candidate should have fair understanding of Business Analytics and able to share relevant business context to leadership.
- Candidate will possess a high level of drive, creativity, and strategic thinking to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and ultimately drive business on the brand.
- This role will play a crucial part in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless customer journey across various touchpoints.
The role holder will be responsible for:
- Brand Communication planning/ Campaign strategy + Design - Digital Content Advertising Moments, Films, seek out, brand website content, etc.
- Content Syndication, Sponsorships, Influencers, Digital ambassadorship.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product offerings, target audience, and key value propositions to inform digital strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into the marketing plans.
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and video/ display advertising.
- Drive brand activation initiatives with a focus on synergizing brand building and performance at every stage of the marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams, brand team, media and performance marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and high-quality visuals across all digital platforms.
- Proactively explore and implement cutting-edge digital marketing tactics and technologies.
- Experiment with unconventional and creative approaches to engage the target audience and differentiate the brand in the market.
Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launches.
Market Analysis:
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Understanding of market viz. competition products/capabilities and ability to articulate technical value proposition of our solution.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on product marketing KPIs to track the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and other events as a product evangelist.
Key Deliverables:
- Brand wise digital AOPs with digital creative partners
- Digital campaign approach and strategy
- Campaign design with agency partners
- Data-driven Creative strategies, plan assets, and messaging with creative agencies
- Tag team with the Digital media team to arrive at a cohesive strategy and rollout with media teams.
- Coordinating measurements and KPI tracking with the CMIE team
- Creative/media innovation
- Data Analytics & Data Management
Requirements:
Education Qualification Work Experience:
- MBA - Marketing, Advertising, or Communications graduates with 10+ years of relevant experience and should be well-versed in full-funnel marketing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, technologies, and trends.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Preferred experience in CRM (Zoho or Hubspot)
- Experience in Event management
- Candidates with Digital Marketing experience in Manufacturing & FMCG would be an added advantage.
