- Create a workforce strategic framework consisting of various people initiatives in support of business objectives.
- Ensure the business teams are supported with HR program in collaboration with HR CoEs to provide comprehensive business partnering solutions
- Own the complete employee engagement framework for the entire location / business unit
- Work with business unit / function unit head to address leadership, succession planning and technical competency development initiative. Define org structures
- Responsible for location based internal communication on various people related issues
- Create function/location based employee engagement intervention as per engagement survey
- Implement performance management system and ensure quality of dialogue for infusing meritocracy in system
- Create and implement development programs as per IDP
- Responsible for addressing day to day HR operational issues.
- Entire employee life cycle management, work on identification of pulse of the department

- Create strategic workforce plan by understanding the demand & supply of talent as per business objectives and also keeping in view the talent mix (demographics, gender, etc.) for campus & lateral hires.
- Create metric to understand the cycle time of recruitment, cost and quality of hire
- Create system and process to provide opportunity to internal workforce for leveraging investment and retaining high performance employee
- Create and maintain job descriptions of all unique / critical positions in the organization
- Leverage technology for hiring right candidate and also for employer branding in order to reach the target audience in cost-effective manner
- Create and implement employer branding program to connect hearts & minds of potential employee (lateral & campus) towards the organization
- Execute organization wide induction & on-boarding programs
Education Qualification
- MBA HR from a premier B-School
