Manager - Business Development
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generating leads for new business development.
- Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.
- Identifying right clients across the industry.
- Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.
- Achieving revenue targets.
- Preparing client contracts.

- You will be responsible for attracting, developing, and closing new business relationships.
- Your primary goal will always be to identify potential clients, secure new business, drive sustainable growth, increase revenue, and forge strong relationships with new clients.
- You must possess an exceptionally vast network, saturated with industry intel, and understand how to leverage that network and network resources to achieve company objectives.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Management / Marketing Graduate or postgraduate / Architect.
Experience required:
- Individual Contributor : 5-7 years in Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 1-2 years' experience with an Architect Firm/ Real estate firm / Property consultant firm, catering to commercial premises.
