Job Description:

- Preferred Candidate- Metallurgy Engineering.

- Setting up new process and modifying outdated process.

- Initiate process of incorporating details of Heat, size etc. on labels of TMT.

- Ensuring right physical qualities of material is maintained as per high quality standards as per IS 1786.

- Ensure all material Rolled as per IS: 1786/ Essar specifications.

- Ensuring all physical and chemical testing's are conducted at required steps and levels to assure quality.

- Coordinate with Quality agency for inspection & testing as material Roll with PO no, SKU & Qty.

- Developing product, by ensuring surface and material of product is maintained.

- Enhance and develop embossing and ribs modification for Essar TMT.

- Ensure packing, labelling and stocking efficiency at plant level.

- Physical vigilance on raw material and ready stock, ensuring movements are as per set process.

- Ensure All material have proper Identification i.e. Metal tag fix on straight material & Paper TAG fix on Bend material mentioning grade, size & length.

- Ensure material loaded in vehicle & test certificate attach with Invoice are of same lot no.

- To ensure all Test certificate given along with vehicles should be duly stamped & signed and mentioning customer PO no, vehicle no's & date of issue.

- To ensure vehicles should not be released without proper precautions in odd seasons.

- PDI (Pre dispatch inspection) should be done i.e. check all documents, before releasing vehicle out of plant.

- Knowledge of Steel Manufacturing/Metallurgy is must.

- Knowledge of TMT and grades of TMT is must.

- Self-initiative for improvement and development of Essar TMT bars.

- Candidate should be Mumbai based and ready to travel pan India on a regular basis.
