Regional Community Building Manager-Kerala Region

Stayzilla is looking for travel junkies who will combine their passion with a never before Job and drive results. What possible responsibilities you could have :

- Drive major one to many selling events that will educate the home/apartment owners to list themselves on Stayzilla website.

- Take ownership of the roads shows and marketing events targeted towards achieving the hosting goals.

- Interact one to one and one to many to sell the concept and idea to the potential hosts.

- Travel across length and breadth of the country and conduct BTL activities to generate desired results.

- Alliance and Work closely with different BTL marketing agencies to spread awareness and ensure the success.

- Understand the behavior of Hosts and design strategies in alignment to the supply market requirements and build positive image of our product and deliver results.

- Drive the projects and generate hype about the mobile app and motivate hosts for listing their stay.

- Should be comfortable in engaging the target audience at large scale with or without support.

What does it take to be the one :

- Passion to Travel and Meet People. Being Talkative is kinda good.

- Smart and Intellectual would do but right attitude is most important.

- We are not hard on it but having regional knowledge would be an added advantage. While English is definite, being multilingual is a plus.

- We do need problem solvers. If you can think on your feet, nothing like it.

- Sales or Event Handling background suits best for this kind of role. It's not for us, it's for you.

- Influencing and Convincing Skill will help you a lot in your Job. We are sure if you can convince us, you can convince the target audience as well.

- If you have market place experience, you are most welcome.

Experience : 2-5 years in Sales, Event Handling, Presentation experience

Ability to speak Malyalam would be a required to apply.
