Lead - Human Resource Operations
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure accurate & timely payroll processing
- Ensure all statutory and payroll related compliances are done on time
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions and monitor the entire process
- Administer health and accidental insurance programs
- Manage all activities once an employee joins till exit. Employee Life Cycle Management
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Prepare the HR budget for the year and ensure compliance with it
- Effectively guide & supervise the administration team
Required Skills : - Strong working knowledge of Excel, HR Analytics
- Independent management of Business Leaders, Ability to drive change, Business Acumen
- Excellent people, interpersonal & influencing and communication skills
- Conflict resolution / mediation and Business Partnering skills
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
- Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
