Statutory Sales InCharge
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets for designated territories.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers within your assigned territory.
- Ensure strict adherence to all statutory regulations related to sales and marketing of FMCG products (GST, packaging regulations).
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and promotional events to represent the company.
- Monitor and maintain stock availability at distributor and retail outlets.
- Provide excellent customer service to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry (preferably).
- Strong understanding of statutory regulations relevant to the FMCG sector (GST, packaging regulations).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
