Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled US Delivery Head to lead our operations in the Americas region. This role is crucial for managing delivery teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in delivery management, with expertise in scrum, presales, bid management, resource management, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for delivery-related discussions, escalations, and problem resolution.

- Project Management: Lead project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with client expectations and timelines.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor delivery teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and timely delivery of services.

- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the client, internal teams, and senior management, ensuring transparency and communication flow regarding project status and risks.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project delivery and work proactively to mitigate them.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the company's quality standards and client requirements.

- Financial Management: Monitor project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure profitability of delivery engagements.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work to streamline delivery processes, implement best practices, and drive efficiencies.

- Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of projects for clients in the Americas, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget adherence.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of project managers, scrum masters, and other delivery personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with service delivery.

- Scrum Methodology: Implement and promote agile methodologies, ensuring teams are trained in scrum practices and that projects are executed efficiently.

- Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team during the presales phase to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that align with client requirements.

- Bid Management: Oversee the bid management process, including proposal writing, resource allocation, and pricing strategies, to secure new contracts.

- Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency and meet client demands.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery timelines and client satisfaction.

- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance and team productivity, making adjustments as needed.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in delivery processes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in /delivery management, preferably within the IT or consulting sector.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects.

- Experience managing remote and distributed teams.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or others).

- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and profitability.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

Knowledge:


- Understanding of US business culture and client expectations.

- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

- Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure is a plus.
