Job Description :

- Data Exploration Manager and Statistical Modeler

- Statistical Modeler in Predictive Modeling using SAS Eminer & SAS Base

- Customer Base Segmentation

- Target Predictive Marketing Models,

- Churn Predictive Models

- High Value Predictive Models

- Devising Cross Sell/Up Sell strategies

- Should have specialties into Predictive Modeling (Decision Trees,Chaid, Logistic Regression, clustering and Factor Analysis), Model Assessment, Testing and Scoring Modeling in CRM Analytic, Marketing Analytics ie. Customer segmentation, churn, cross sell,campaigns response rate

- Should have Strong background in using SAS - Enterpriser Miner, Enterprise Guide, Base SAS Chordiant - Predictive Analytics Director, Strategy Director, Marketing Director, Data Preparation Director.

Skill Set :

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- Good understanding of predictive modeling techniques such as objective & subjective segmentation, -logistic / linear regressions, forecasting

- Use data mining techniques to improve data quality & ensuring the data is conducive for modeling / analysis

- Solve business problems, gathering data, performing research analysis against data warehouse and then data interpretation in reports and publications

- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently;

- Analytics Areas: Customer Lifecycle Management, Campaign Management, Churn Management, CRM analytics, Segmentation analysis

- Technical & Functional skills: Base SAS, MS Excel, Objective Segmentation Tools such as CHAID, KXEN

- Functional skills - Presales, Business requirement gathering, Project Management, Team Management
