For one of our client, a Global Product Based Firm, we are seeking a Station Head/ Regional Sales Manager
Position : Station Head/ Regional Sales Manager
Experience : 10 to 12 years
Job purpose :
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients & target customers would be restaurants and retail outlets.
Responsibilities :
- Creating a sales team for the region - Should be a team player.
- One needs to drive the sales figures and will be responsible for the overall regions sales.
- Key accounts management (certain key accounts will be managed by the location head themselves)
- Channel Management experience will be an added advantage.
- Develop sales strategies for specified business vertical through Field Work.
- Create solutions & services for assigned geography in consultation with Business Head.
- Create and execute plans, for achieving revenue targets to ensure repetitive business from existing and new accounts.
- Develop market entry strategies based on analysis of business trends.
- Identify and build Industry Alliances and Channel Partners and Manage Alliances for the benefit of Business.
- Should have ability to work independently as an Individual contributor the specified business vertical.
- Should have ability to collaborate with teams and other shared resources of the organization to drive business efficiently.
Qualifications :
Education : UG Any Graduate - Any Specialization
- Skills - Good communication skills
- Channel management experience will be an added advantage.
- 10 to 12 years of experience is required.
