Responsibilities : 

- Developing working knowledge of all existing investment models within ISG, including inputs, code, outputs, and ways to replicate model results

- Creating a well-organized library of research code and documentation across all ISG investment models

- Improving (or creating when missing) model documentation based on interviews with other members of the research team

- Acting as a sole liaison with the corporate Model Validation team on behalf of the whole research team

- Generally, becoming a repository of institutional knowledge across the research organization and fostering common research and documentation standards across it.

Qualifications : 

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in finance, econometrics, science/engineering or another highly quantitative subject

- An independent thinker with interest in quantitative finance and developed quantitative skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience of direct experience in model validation group

- Proven interest and career aspirations within Model Validation space

- Strong programming skills (Python, R and Matlab)

- Experience with financial data software's (FactSet, Bloomberg, Morningstar, Datastream)

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

- Experience of writing technical and research reports
