Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a curious and passionate analytics specialist with a strong consultative mindset to join our Analytics and Research team.

In this role, you will develop both strategic and tactical insights on client behavior, campaigns, digital channels performance and impact measurement in order to enable decision making for Client Experience organization. You will collaborate closely with an energetic team of analytics and research professionals and will drive insights harnessing both internal and external data sources.

You will be part of the Analytics and Research Global Process for State Street's Client Experience organization. While we prefer and encourage our teams to work on site, the Analytics and Research team currently works in a hybrid model, so you can balance work from home and the office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Analytics Associate, you will:

- Be a key member of the Analytics and Research team and contribute to end-to-end project lifecycle from project conceptualization to design, analysis and presentation of findings & recommendations

- Independently handle routine projects and work with the leads to develop project approach based on analytical objectives and collect data from various sources to solve business queries

- Work with client specific data using internal / external tools (client engagement, satisfaction drivers, financials, sales potential etc.) and leverage qualitative & quantitative skills to interpret data and present insights

- Collaborate and build strong working relationship with key stakeholders in client experience organization, apply sound analytical methodologies to develop insights that answer specific business questions

Contribute / Drive a variety of client analytics projects including:

- Establishing relationship between client relationship parameters, ongoing satisfaction, financials and industry trends to develop relevant and actionable insights

- Executive level reports on overall health of client engagement


- Automation / Visualization of routine client insights data

- Support client journey frameworks across product and client segments

- Contribute towards strategic initiatives on investigating client level data, perform root cause analyses, identify patterns that can help improve overall client experience

- Leverage data tools and techniques to collect, analyze and visualize data (including but not limited to Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, Sharepoint, Internal data sets etc.)

- Knowledge about primary research and SEO Marketing are added advantages

What we value?

- Ability to connect the dots by triangulating data from various sources (engagement metrics, survey responses, salesforce, other internal client data) to generate comprehensive insights

- Ability to run cause and effect analyses through data points in a B2B account relationship environment

- Strong storyboarding skills

- Ability to communicate complex/ vague concepts in simple, digestible manner to senior stakeholders

- Proactive, strategic thinker with a rigorous analytical mindset

- Problem solving through liasoning with multiple teams, managing stakeholder expectations, influencing outcomes and a relentless drive for process improvement

- A background of working in financial services and/or B2B industry is strongly preferred

- Ability to establish priorities, work independently or within a group - and work with minimal supervision

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, or Consumer Behavior with a strong record of achievement

- 3 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in the field of client analytics, customer behavior or digital analytics
