Compensation Consultant, APAC
Shift Timings: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm IST
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the regional human resources team (HRBPs and COEs) to ensure compensation program design complements all design and process initiatives across a complex matrix of requirements (various regulatory requirement, country regulations, etc.);
- Work closely with business leadership in developing a deep understanding of their business model, competitive positioning and growth opportunities. Gain insight into their unique business needs. Understand country-specific strategies, especially Beacon and Corporate Beacon initiatives as it relates to China.
- On an ongoing basis, work closely with business leadership in understanding their perspective, communicating the results of analyses, discussing and gaining their input into compensation design options and developing consensus for final compensation design changes;
- Ensure expertise in business strategy and compensation trends in all APAC locations, including China, Japan, Hong Kong, including local regulatory requirements and market trends/ influences
- Provide regional support as part of the annual compensation review (Total Compensation Planning - TCP- ), including communication, analysis, and workflow activities
- Ensure the flawless implementation of all executive and broad based compensation programs including long term incentives, equity programs, perquisites, job structures, salary structures, base pay and annual bonus programs for a complex corporation;
