Summary:
Support the State Business Head by coordinating with the concerned stakeholders to provide key insights which enable critical business decisions at the state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Played a pivotal role in setting up all the Jio Centers.
- Single Point of contact for all inter-departmental co-ordination for execution of various project initiatives.
- Driving the project of opening Jio Stores across all Jio Center locations in Uttarakhand.
- Coordinate with Sales ops team in SHQ and ensure smooth Business operations and governance in the Circle.
- Interpret results as per business requirements for the purpose of determining performance & business improvements.
- JC Wise / Channel Wise/ Retailer Wise target Setting.
- Analyzing Distributor Wise / Retailer Wise Performance, KPO Participation, JC Contribution etc..
- Exception Analysis and highlight to ensure Channel Hygiene and Business KPI are adhered.
- Adherence to quality in conducting groundwork for the periodic performance reviews / Key Deliverable tracking
