State Sales Manager (Crop Nutrition)

- To manage existing portfolio of products and business within the territory.

- To build strong relationships with existing customer base and develop new business with our clients' products in the defined area.

- Developing and executing a strategy to identify new accounts with the aim of securing new business.

- This task is to be achieved by working directly with potential new farmer accounts and merchant customers.

- To provide technical training.

- Advice and support for customers as and when required.

- To work with distribution to ensure customers' requirements are met.

- Be responsible for good Credit Control.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Degree in agriculture with Experience of 8- 15 Years & Strong and in-depth Crop Nutrition market & Geography.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills can work well with cross functional team.

3. Strong in numbers and has strategic ability to drive results.

4. In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.

5. Hands on experience with CRM software.

6. Applicable experience of sales performance metrics.
