Area Manager is responsible for implementing business sales strategies in assigned markets to ensure maximum customer interface, market growth, and profitability.
- Plan & achieve sales volume & market share.
- Forecast demand & ensure stock availability at all dealerships.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
- Ensure availability of working capital to achieve plans at all dealerships.
- Propose promotional budget with clear objective of volume generation and get approvals.
- Evaluate effectiveness of activities and make periodic modifications / alterations in activities.
- Visit dealer / market with Territory Manager and coach the Territory Manager on the job.
- Identification of new dealer candidates and primary evaluation of candidate and infrastructure.
