- Should own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Should assist in the development of the sales plan.
- Should prepare, forecast and develop KPI for the sales leaders in sync with the organizational plan, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Should build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding clients, servicing and expansion.
- Should evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
- Should work collaboratively across internal teams - including Ad ops, Marketing and Technology.
- Should establish the lead requirements needed to meet the sales objectives
- Must provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Must establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Responsible for the entire Tamil Nadu market revenue generation
