As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to the regional leadership, providing HR expertise and support across state(s).

Your role will involve talent management, performance improvement, and employee relations, ensuring the workforce is aligned with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with regional leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to meet those objectives.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts for key positions in [State 1] and [State 2], ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to support business growth.

- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, facilitating continuous feedback and development initiatives.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.

- Training and Development: Assess training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.

- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards across the two states, promoting best practices in HR management.

- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR metrics to monitor trends, inform decision-making, and recommend improvements to HR practices.

- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.

- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in India.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

- Proven ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
