State Market Access Manager - Pharma

STATE ACCESS MANAGER :

Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire for State Market Access Manager.

The State Market Access Manager is a crucial position responsible for engaging state stakeholders to build consensus on strategic therapy areas. This role involves working closely with Medical, Commercial, Corporate Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams to develop and implement state-specific access solutions aimed at improving patient outcomes in collaboration with state governments. The manager will also create proposals, provide evidence-based recommendations, and mobilize funds to enhance patient access, while partnering with the State Affairs team to address awareness, diagnosis, and treatment gaps.

Key Responsibilities :

- Stakeholder Engagement: Map and engage state stakeholders to build consensus around strategic therapy areas.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Medical, Commercial, Corporate Affairs, Legal, and Compliance teams to ideate and strategize state access solutions.

- Implementation: Develop and execute access solutions in partnership with state governments to improve patient outcomes.

- Proposal Development: Create proposals for state governments in collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing strong evidence and health economic outcomes.

- Policy Influence: Use evidence and health economics to shape health policies and secure funding to support patient access.

- Care Gap Closure: Collaborate with state partners to enhance awareness, diagnosis, and treatment, aiming to close existing care gaps.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Bioscience, Public Health, or a related field.

- Doctorate or medical professional background preferred.

- MBA is an advantage.

Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years of overall experience.

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in market access, public health, or a related field.
