- Identifying key accounts, networking, focusing and building good relations with KOL's of all major accounts (decision makers).
- Analyzing HCP's requirements and developing the business. Responsible for developing and driving sales through private & govt. institutions and tender based business.
- Organizing CME- s, participating in conferences, conducting patient awareness programs to spread awareness about product.
- Promoting Trauma Products & New Technologies to HCP- s, Hospitals & Institution/ New Accounts
- Achieving sales target & maintain sales track records.
- Preparing the, Potential/Upcoming Surgeon list, Weekly Reports and Special event Reports.
- Appointing dealers and liaising with them to strengthen the distribution channel and to maintain optimum product inventory.
- Ethically promoting products to the Ortho Surgeons/ Institutions
Salary Offered : 10-16 LPA
