Role Requirements:

Role Responsibilities:
- Target management of entire branch and the Sales team
- Uniform support & working with Sales team to improve their skill and market
- Solving pre and post sales technical and commercial problems successfully
- Credit management of entire branch and bad-debt ratio
- Timely recruitment of new sales personnel and their effectiveness while recruitment and post recruitment.
- Providing training to the sales team
- Effective preparation of budgets and their implementation, sales forecast each month.
- Making sales & forecast reviews of past months
- Number of effective distributor network/training in the State and their effectiveness
- Selling price and under cutting management of sales force & distributors
- Applicator network in state and their effectiveness
- Training of applicators and ensuring customer support through applicator network
- Coordinating with HO for smooth functioning of branch
- Organizing committed Kit meeting and other promotional events & their effectiveness
- Gaining market knowledge, competitor activity and planning accordingly
- Effective communication flow within branch and in market
- Implementing/ Handling variable pay structure within Sales team
