State Manager
Our client is a reputed multi brand pre-owned car sales company. The client ios looking for a State Manager in NCR region.
Job Description
1. Increase Revenue and Sales Volume
2. Improve Customer Satisfaction and References comng from Customer
3. Network Expansion i.e adding more franchisees
4. Ensuring company processes are implemented at franchisees locations
5. Team Building & Development
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing network in auto industry preferably pre-owned car industry.
Prefered Industry: Telecom Prepaid, FMCG, Tyre, Battery,Automobile / Auto Anciliary / Auto Components
The candidate should have good experience in Channel Management/ Franchisee Management. He should have handled 20+ franchisees. The position will be reposnible for 30+ franchisee outlets overall management through 4 Area Managers.
