Job Description - Designing and implementing strategies to increase the sales across in-vitro space within the Maharashtra region (except Mumbai), with a business size of 40 cr+ and lead & develop the sales team.

Our Client is one of the largest and fastest growing European MNC operating into the In-Vitro diagnostics space. With presence in 40+ countries and customers across 100+ countries, they are known for their huge scale distribution and product portfolio catering across microbiology, molecular diagnostics etc.
Description :
The role will directly report to the Regional Business Manager and manage a team size of 5+ direct reports. The person will manage Maharashtra region (except Mumbai) and a business size of 40 cr+
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving the budgeted objectives for the Maharashtra region (except Mumbai), including sales, collection and operational profitability and creating the forecast of sales by period based on a strong understanding of the pipeline
- Manage communications between clients & internal teams and develop a strong and professional customer relationships by having a deep understanding of the market, customers and competition
- Use a database maintained in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to lead a team in planning, scheduling and implementation
- Create a strong brand image of the organisation as a high medical value solutions provider and a fair player
- Should have handled a decent team size, west region and a portfolio size of 30 cr+
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders externally & internally within the organisation
- Lead the sales function end to end in a regional role
