Job Description:
Increase Volume + Revenue:
- Assign weekly targets & intense monitoring of respective Dealers
- Execute the schemes (planned with SM/ZM) to increase xmart volumes
- Increase walk-ins
- Improve conversion ratio
- Execute the schemes to increase warranty revenue
- Implementing marketing initiatives to increase enquiries
- Helping Dealer to implement marketing initiatives & monitor the effectiveness
- Ensuring timely collection of Royalty fees
- Periodic Dealer account reconciliation
Improve Customer Satisfaction & Reference:
- Relationship management with M&M X-mart team, Dealers, New Car Dealers (NCDs), Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) & Procurement channels
- Daily monitoring of customer complaints
- Improve customer satisfaction at every touch point
- Actively engage with customers (potential and past) to increase CAPs
- Provide after sale services and other schemes to enhance brand experience
Increase Network:
- Meet prospect to pitch as per laid down calendar
- Work with existing network for outlet expansion
Quality and Process Improvement:
- Encourage Dealers to certify cars (certification penetration)
- Brand identity adherence as per CI guidelines
- Identify deficiencies in procurement and sales processes- plan counter measures
- Prepare buying and selling index
- Ensure that all cars are certified
People Development:
- Assess monthly performance of the dealer staff
- Identifying the training needs of dealer staff
- Periodic audit of the training given
- Imparting behavioral training to dealer staff
Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA
