Min. essentials :

- 15+ years of professional experience

- Experience of leading a geography or a practice would be essential

- Prior experience of P&L responsibility shall be desirable

- Experience of working in the field of Consulting, especially with leading consulting firms

- Experience in strategy and policy formulation / financial modelling / program management

- Strong communication skills

- Experience of leading teams, client relationship management

- MBA / CA

Work Location : Raipur

Roles and responsibility :

We are hiring a senior professional to be the State Lead to be based out of Raipur. The person have end to end responsibility for the State, including P&L, people management and development, client relationship, business development and would report to the firm leadership.

The candidate is also expected to focus on thought leadership, knowledge creation as part of the role. Since we are a new age firm, we encourage people to take up added responsibilities and multi-task, which also enables them to grow.
