State Lead
Key Responsibilities:
1. Should be Responsible for 100% Smart Phone & CDIT Retailers Onboarding for JMD Business and enable Retailers on:
a) Platform
b) With Channel Financing wherever required
c) Training & Certification.
2. Should own Category (Product) wise Value and Volume targets for the state basis each Category of retailers.
3. Act as a master trainer, Coach, and supervisor for the given team across State.
4. Ensure coordination and implementation of programs between NHQ and State
5. Carry out retailer visits in market for driving the usage, also support on resolving Merchants issues for smooth operation.
6. Plan and execute marketing activities required for the state:
a) JMD Awareness.
b) Offers & Value Propositions.
c) Visibility at Retail Counters & Local Markets.
7. Coordinate with SCM and Care teams for logistics & timely service of partners.
8. Ensure timely settlement of all schemes and promotions
9. Develop and nurture long term relationship with key retailers and Associates

1. Exposure to sell-out strategies in Urban and Rural markets
2. Knowledge of tricks of the trade in Electronics including pricing and distribution

Education : Graduation (Engineer preferred) + MBA from good institutes
