Company: A leading NBFC of a Top Business Conglomerate
Position: State Head - Unsecured Business
Location: Multiple Location (Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana)
Responsibilities:
- As State Head, to Drive the Unsecured Business Retail Product of the Company for Personal Loan and Business Loan.
- Handle activities ranging from identifying client's financial needs, advising, structuring the deal, preparing the terms and conditions and closing the deal.
- Creating a pipeline of potential clients and developing a robust business model for the company.
- Ability to structure the facilities as per the client's need and Company's strategy ensuring optimum profitability and sustainability of the business within the regulatory framework.
- Continuously track competition and gather market intelligence to gauge the effect on own business numbers and take corrective actions as and when required.
- Build a high-performance culture by setting high standards of delivery, enabling high performance initiatives and taking required talent actions.
- Be vigilant on NPA / Delinquent cases and limit NPA to defined standards.
- Ensuring 100% compliance to policies and processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies.
Requirements:
Qualification: MBA / Other Post Graduation.
Experience: Around 11 to 14 years relevant experience in an organization of repute.
Other Attributes:
- Good understanding of the financial markets and the financial products.
- Ability to lead/work in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
