State Head - Two Wheeler Finance - NBFC (7-9 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Manage the relationship with critical and large channels through regular connect which will drive the business volume

- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Business across Region

- Establish a system for sourcing of business that fits into the credit lending philosophy of the company

- Revising existing policies as per demand of market

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified.

- Strong Credit & structuring experience. Structuring deals with Institutions / Dealers

- Target setting and review BM performance on timely basis on various performance metrics and provide inputs to enhance the profitability

- Understand and plan the collections strategy

- Track early warning signals and keep a tab on any activities which lead to fraud

- Well versed with creating LOS and LMS, and exposure to digital lending of Two wheeler

- Develop products and policies to drive business

Requirements:

Qualification : CA/MBA/Other Post Graduation

Experience : Around 7-9 years. Exposure to NBFC/BFSI is essential

Other Attributes :

- Good understanding of the financial markets and the financial products

- Ability to lead/work in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Eye for details
