State Head - Security & Loss Prevention - Telecom/Retail/Logistic/eCommerce

1. This position is responsible for management of all Security & Loss prevention (SLP) activities for business domain in the state.

2. He will oversee implementation of policies and procedures related to people services and protection of Company's assets (people, property, material & info) and be able to achieve reduction in shrinkages, contributing towards profitability of the company.

3. Five key outcomes for this role will be -people services related support, Assets Protection through access management and compliances, Loss Prevention through compliance audits, checks/investigations, Fraud Risk Mitigation and Business Continuity Support.

- Candidates from short service commission with few years of experience in corporate in Telecom/Retail/Logistic/eCommerce industry will be preferred. Candidates age should be less than or equal to 40 years.
