State Head - Sales - Two Wheeler Finance - NBFC

Company : A leading NBFC, part of a Large Conglomerate

Position : State Head-Two Wheeler Finance(Sales)

Location : Bangalore

The incumbent's primary business activity is into Financing of Two-Wheeler across the region.

Preference to Candidates with NBFC background

Responsibilities :

- To Evaluate proposals and structure finance for the Two-Wheeler Finance Business across Region

- Drive profitability in his Region by monitoring key profitability metrics

- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and optimization of risk identified

- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep a high activity level in the region

- Grow the business and meet quarterly revenue targets

- Continuously track competition and gather market intelligence to gauge the effect on own business numbers & take corrective actions as and when required.

Requirements :

Qualification : Graduation/Post Graduation

Experience :

- Around 5-7 years of relevant experience

- NBFC Experience in a Corporate Organization of repute will be an added advantage

- Good understanding of the financial markets and the financial products

- Ability to lead/work in a team environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
