Position: State Head

Reporting to: CEO

JOB SUMMARY:

- Business Manager to manage entire sales & Business Development operations for a part of the state/ a large market

- Team management and ensure that the team delivers the targets month on month

- Ability to plan & strategize for maximum market coverage and meeting the targets

- Effectively deal with any crisis to keep the business intact and grow

- To ensure highest SMR every month

- Churn & Retention Management.

- Adhere to AOP numbers for Gross & Net Adds.

- Ability to grow the business by adding newer markets and LCO's

- Relationship with all stakeholders

- Managing the team and motivate them to achieve their monthly targets

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To manage daily business operations through the team and ensure seamless service

- Ensure that monthly targets for the Zone is met without any shortfall

- Business growth- revenue, Subscribers, add newer markets/Areas

- Drive the team to have highest SMR every month

- Churn Management and retention of the existing base

- High Net additions of subbase month on month

- To keep the team motivated and impart sales guidance to achieve the monthly targets

- Expand to newer markets

- Relationship management with Distributors and LCO's

QUANTITATIVE:

- Daily SMR

- Gross Add

- Gross Churn

- Win back

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 9-16years

AGE LIMIT: Max upto 45 years

IT SKILLS: Complete understanding on XL, PPT & hands on with any business operational suites.

QUALIFICATION : Graduate/ Post graduate
