- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth for Wealth business in the assigned region/state.
- Responsible for managing the existing relationship & sourcing the new business through Team.
- Responsible for Building team and branches across states.
- Product- All Wealth ( MF, PMS, Equity, Bonds , Structure products etc)
- Managing, training and motivating existing sales team & Recruiting to drive revenue growth in the assigned area.
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
- Coordinate with senior management to enhance sales performance.
- Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
- Providing timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance.
- Providing trainings, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of subordinates.
- Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team.
- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Appreciate the contributions and accomplishments of sales employees through proper rewarding mechanism.
- Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals.
