Position - State Head
Location - Hyderabad & Patna
Products - Drip Irrigation, Sprinklers, Portable HDPE Piping Systems,Pupms, Portable aluminium Piping Systems
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for achieving AOP target, ensuring growth and profitability of the branch
2. New business avenues:
a. Identify various Institutions closely working with farmers directly and build relationships
b. Leverage integrating MI technology to access farmers and provide inputs/benefits to them.
c. Work with HO to execute specific partnership, MoU, agreement as per the need of business model
d. Generate leads through crop value chain activities
3. Demand Generation:
a. Conduct different demand generation activities like farmers meet/ webinar/seminar/ Government official meet
b. Execute various capacity building exercise under CBMS
4. Dealer management including reach expansion
5. Supervise and manage the support functions:
a. Manage and controlling cost of the branch
b. Plan and follow up with OPC for seamless flow of materials
c. Inventory management of the godown
d. Responsible for branch/state administration, overall discipline and hygiene
6. Cashflow:
a. Operate within the commercial policy and credit limits set
b. Ensuring that team is uploading required documents in portal to get subsidy on time
7. Liaison with Government departments / Resource Institutions for various schemes supporting PMKSY / MI Programmes

- Passionate in making dream into reality
- Strong leadership quality
- A good listener, deft in interpersonal skill, ability to make positive impact
- Alert, proactive, agile with an ability to multitask in an independent environment
- Good at written & verbal communication, presentation skills (English & Local language is mandatory)
- Education Preferably from B.Sc. ( Agri or Allied) / B.Tech (Agri Eng.) along with MBA in ( Agribusiness) background from reputed institution
- 10-15 Years of Industry experience in sales or business development in Agri domain
- Experience in Southern states mandatory
- Open to be relocated to any city within India
- Willing to travel for at least 10-12 days every month
