State Head Sales -FMCG -Start Up
We are looking for a State Head for a start up FMCG company, which is located in Kolkata.
Job role of Sales Head:
1) Secondary target achievement of the area
2) Monthly Sales planning and forecasting, taking into account the shelf life
3) Channel Management & Cost Management
4) Appointing New Super Stockist & Distributor assigning areas.
5) Month wise business forecasting,bench marking the previous year
6) Data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan
7) Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants
8) Allocate manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities
9) Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales - business generation and achieving budgeted figures, and activity ratio on monthly basis
10) Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills.
11) Appointment man power and training
12 ) Understand Business Head for the state
Travel cost and incentives will be given as benefits.
