Job Profile

Reporting to Regional Sales Head

- Drawing up schedules & preparing sales action plans for the team.

- Drive the sales team towards achieving higher business growth year on year and achieve healthy bottom line.

- Determine volume and value targets for the Sales team in order to achieve higher profit and collection ratio.

- Lead a team of Managers to provide consultancy, customize solutions and suggest appropriate partnerships proposition for the clients.

- Work out effective strategies to empanel new clients for the various product lines available for sale.

- Drawing out effective Approach plans for the sales team in the assigned state to penetrate new target segment and generate revenue by offering various products.

- Suggesting specialized products for different segments of the clients and improving profit by cross selling.

- Planning and executing effective training program for the Manager & team members to enhance productivity.

- Build and manage a team of achievers who can drive the future business.

- Monitoring, administrating and managing the State operations and represent the company with local forums and relevant authorities.

- Conduct the periodical Customer Satisfaction Audit with the clients in the state and suggest improvement plans.

- Overview the adherence of contractual obligations, collections / payments pertaining to the Sales and ensure the accomplishment of the collection within the timeframe.
