- Analyse market trends and competitor activities and formulating strategies to boost sales.

- Liaise with Manufacturing, Marketing and Finance team to set sales goals and budgets to meet and exceed Sales revenue and profitability targets.

- Define and execute a robust distribution strategy aiming at increasing the width of distribution network.

- Collaborate with business support teams to implement new ideas which can improve location profitability

- Create processes and capability to deliver superior In-Store execution.

- Manage and deploy sales and commercial budgets within approved levels, to maximize efficiency.

- Guide and motivate the sales team.
