JOB PURPOSE :

1. To develop Flexibles and Project Packing business in Rajasthan & Punjab by enhancing reach in the OEM and Builder segments.

2. Appoint Channel Partners as per Geographical potential and ensure 30% secondary sales.

3. Improve the market share and assist Regional Heads in following Policy guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function - Must be done)

- To achieve the assigned sales target for the region

- Improve price realization - 30% of sales should be catered through policy discount

- Enquiry generation - maintain a healthy funnel of 4 times the sale target

- Ensure 10% business from Upcountry markets

- Working capital - ensure AR of 60 days outside CF, inventory to be less than 50 days

- Secondary Responsibility(Other areas of responsibilities like follow ups, being backup for team members, other activities

- Support Channel partners and resolve their issues on a timely basis

- Ensure timely submission of reports

- Improve per person productivity by 20%

- Ensure retention and addition of major accounts

- Monitor and provide guidance to TSI/ LAS and improve their conversion rate

Experience :

- Should have atleast 10 years of experience in project sales of electrical products like wires, cables, switches, switchgear, lighting etc

Functional Skills :

- Should possess good leadership and man-management skills

- Go-getter who can meet the sales goals consistently

- Should be adept at handling and deriving business from top customer accounts in the State
